I've had my 24oz. Austin City tumbler for 7yrs. It still keeps my coffee hot(6 cups a day). I've only had to replace the lid because the rubber gasket gets to stained from use, it still works as designed. The price of the lid is so affordable. Purchasing and shipping is quick and smooth and received items sooner than expected. Life long customer. Don't change a thing.🇺🇸
