Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy. It's that simple. We can't imagine why you would need to return or exchange an item, but if you must...
- Returns must be made within 2 weeks of receipt.
- Buying an early holiday gift? Exchanges may be made within 2 weeks after Christmas.
- Before you return an item, please email us at email@example.com or call 800-819-3367.
- Items must be in new condition with all the tags and packaging in place.
- Refunds will be made to the account on which it was purchased. Please allow 10 business days from the date we receive any returned item for this credit to appear on your account.
- Generally, we do not cover the cost of shipping returned or exchanged items back to us. We highly recommend you to use an insured service (we cannot accept responsibility for any lost or damaged packages).

Sometimes errors or damages occur during the shipping process even though we do our best to deliver your item in picture-perfect condition. We’re human!
- All damage/error claims must be received within 48 hours of receipt of the item.
- Please save all packaging and email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 800-819-3367 to file a claim.
- We will arrange for a speedy replacement or return of the item!
