When will my order ship?
Ground orders will ship in 3-7 business days. If you requested expedited shipping and placed your order by 12 Noon PST M-F, your order will be shipped out today, otherwise it will go out the next business day.
What gift options do you offer?
We currently do not offer gift wrapping, but are happy to include a sweet gift note in your package. Please specify what you'd like this note to say in the Order Notes section during checkout. Prices do not appear on the packing slip.
What is your exchange policy?
We want you to be happy. It's that simple. We can't imagine why you would need to return or exchange an item, but if you must...
- Returns must be made within 2 weeks of receipt.
- Before you return an item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 800-819-3367.
- Items must be in new condition with all the tags and packaging in place.
- Generally, we do not cover the cost of shipping returned or exchanged items back to us. We highly recommend you to use an insured service (we cannot accept responsibility for any lost or damaged packages).

When will I see my account credited for my return?
Once your return has been processed by our warehouse, you will receive an email regarding your credit or refund. Refunds can typically take 5-7 business days to reflect back on to your account. Some financial institutions may release holds sooner or take longer depending on their policies. For any additional questions about time length of holds, please contact your bank.
Do you offer discount codes?
We offer the best price for the superior quality of our hand-crafted designs, and do not discount our products.
