After one roller-coaster of a week, we're keeping calm, and loading up on some Vitamin C with a tasty smoothie. Oranges, strawberries, bananas, lemon, and a kick of ginger and turmeric round out this "immunity-building" drink. We were lucky enough to get a little fresh air between rainstorms to sip on this lovely smoothie.
Now this smoothie may not fight off COVID-19, but it's always a good idea to nourish your body, especially during these stressful times. So drink up...take care of yourself and one another. Sleep well, eat well, and of course wash those hands!
