Gorgeous!

I have wanted this particular California pillow for ages and recently decided to treat myself. I am so glad I did! It is beautiful and colorful and glorious! Zero complaints.

Not what I was expecting

I wanted to buy a souvenir gift for my husband to celebrate the recent drive we did from San Francisco to LA and thought this would be perfect. The embroidery is beautiful but I was disappointed to find that when the cushion arrived it was on a beige background not the cream background that is shown on the website which doesn't go with the décor of the room. I was also suprised by the very poor quality synthetic cushion. I will replace this with a feather one. Also if you are ordering for the UK beware I was required to pay £68 in import duties!

Thank you for your feedback on your California pillow, and we're sorry to hear that you are not completely thrilled with it! Over the years we have changed to an organic cotton, and the shades can vary a little from batch to batch, so I understand your disappointment if you were expecting a more cream color. All of our pillow backgrounds are tea stained in large batches, and in general they are all similar in color, but it is very difficult to get the dye lots to match identically with each batch, and as stock is replaced regularly, we can't guarantee that all the pillows will match exactly to the pictures shown on our site. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Fantatic pillow!

I absolutely love this pillow! Every time I look at it, I see something new. It's full of beautiful landmarks of California and the embroidery is fantastic! It's true artistry and will be a family heirloom for generations to come!

Loving my California pillow!

I just received the California pillow and it's so wonderful! I can't stop looking at it and admiring it. I'm a native Californian and it just makes me love my home state even more. My mom recently passed away. She moved to CA from OH in 1947 and absolutely loved living here. This pillow is a homage to her beloved adopted state! Thank you for the beautiful and exquisitely-detailed hand embroidery on the pillow! It's so much fun to look at over and over again!

This pillow is the softest pillow ever and so bright and colorful. Even prettier than the picture. The stitches are well done. Nothing is loose. I have gotten many compliments on it.
